Jannah Hotels & Resorts Partners with ReviewPro to Enhance Guest Experience across Its UAE Portfolio

October 2026, UAE: Jannah Hotels & Resorts has signed a partnership agreement with ReviewPro, a guest experience and online reputation management platform, further strengthening the group’s approach to guest satisfaction and service quality across its UAE portfolio.

ReviewPro will be implemented across Jannah Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, beginning with Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel and Jannah Executive Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi, followed by a phased rollout across the group’s remaining properties.

The introduction of ReviewPro adds another layer to Jannah Hotels & Resorts’ existing approach to guest satisfaction, providing hotel teams with a centralized platform to monitor online reviews, analyze guest feedback and gain a clearer understanding of experiences across their respective properties.

Building on the Guest Experience
Across Jannah’s portfolio, guests have different needs and expectations, from business travelers and short-stay visitors to families and long-stay residents. Understanding these experiences remains an important part of how each property operates and delivers its services.

While guest feedback and personal interactions are already part of daily hotel operations, ReviewPro will bring additional value by consolidating insights from multiple channels into one platform, making information more accessible to hotel management and operational teams.

At Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel and Jannah Executive Hotel Apartments, where the rollout will begin, the platform will support the teams in reviewing feedback across key areas of the guest journey, including accommodation, housekeeping, dining, facilities and guest services.

Mark Whitlock, Managing Director of Jannah Hotels & Resorts, said:

“Our teams are already engaging with guests every day, listening to their feedback and finding ways to make their stays more comfortable and enjoyable. ReviewPro is an added value to that existing effort, giving our colleagues better visibility into what guests are saying across different channels.”

“For us, it is not about changing how we deliver hospitality, but about giving our teams another useful tool to support the personal service and attention to detail that our guests expect from Jannah. Every property has its own guest profile, and having a clearer understanding of those experiences will help our teams continue doing what they do best.”

Supporting Hotel Teams through Better Guest Insights
Beyond monitoring online reviews, ReviewPro will provide hotel management and operational departments with additional insights to support day-to-day service delivery and performance reviews.

By bringing guest feedback together in one place, departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Guest Services will be better equipped to identify common trends, acknowledge positive experiences and address areas requiring attention.

The platform will also help recognize the contributions of team members and departments who consistently receive positive guest feedback, reinforcing the importance of personal service across Jannah’s properties.

The partnership complements Jannah Hotels & Resorts’ wider investment in hospitality technology, alongside ongoing developments in property management systems, digital guest services and hotel operations. Together, these initiatives are intended to provide teams with practical tools that support their daily responsibilities while maintaining the personal approach to hospitality that defines the group.

The Journey Starts Before Check In: Jannah Hotels & Resorts Partners with Profitroom

New partnership strengthens Jannah’s direct commercial strategy, bringing together smarter booking, guest engagement and digital revenue capabilities across the brand.

September 2026, UAE: Jannah Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Profitroom as part of a wider move to strengthen how guests discover, book and engage directly with the Jannah brand.

The partnership will introduce Profitroom’s hospitality technology across Jannah Hotels & Resorts, creating a more connected direct booking journey while giving the group greater flexibility to showcase its hotels, offers, packages and experiences to guests.

For Jannah, the partnership goes beyond introducing a new booking platform. It forms part of a broader commercial strategy focused on building stronger direct relationships with guests and connecting digital discovery, booking, communication and revenue opportunities within a more unified journey.

From Booking a Room to Discovering Jannah

The hotel booking journey is changing. Guests increasingly want to understand not only where they will stay, but what they can experience before making a reservation.

Through Profitroom, Jannah will be able to present accommodation alongside relevant packages, offers and additional experiences within the direct booking journey, creating more opportunities for guests to personalize their stay while discovering more of what each hotel has to offer.

The platform will also support Jannah’s commercial teams with greater capabilities across direct booking conversion, guest engagement, CRM, marketing automation and distribution.

The result is a direct channel designed to do more than process reservations. It becomes an important part of how Jannah communicates its brand, understands its guests and develops relationships that continue beyond an individual stay.

Amer Ammar, Director of Commercial Strategy & Development at Jannah Hotels & Resorts, said:

“Direct booking is no longer simply about offering a room and a rate. It is an opportunity to start a relationship with the guest from the very first interaction with our brand.

“With Profitroom, we are creating a journey where guests can discover more of Jannah, explore relevant offers and experiences and book directly with greater ease. At the same time, it gives our commercial team stronger tools to understand demand, improve conversion and create more meaningful engagement with our guests.”

“As we grow Jannah, we want our commercial strategy to become increasingly connected, bringing together revenue, distribution, digital marketing, guest data and technology. Profitroom is an important part of building that ecosystem.”

Building Direct Relationships That Last Beyond the Stay

The Profitroom partnership comes as Jannah Hotels & Resorts continues to evolve its commercial and digital strategy across its UAE portfolio.

Rather than approaching revenue management, distribution, digital marketing and guest engagement as separate functions, Jannah is working towards a more connected commercial ecosystem where technology and data can support better decisions throughout the guest journey.

The approach will allow the group to strengthen its direct channels, create more relevant communication, develop opportunities for repeat stays and build a deeper understanding of guest preferences over time.

As Jannah continues to evolve, technology will increasingly sit behind the experience, making discovery easier, booking simpler and commercial decisions smarter, while allowing the personal Arabian hospitality that defines Jannah to remain at the heart of the guest experience.
